Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"They have a wide range of options here, including ramen and bowls with chicken or pork. They have sheets you can fill out including toppings, spice level, and protein and then you are given a buzzer. Service was very quick and the prices were reasonable and I will be coming back!"
"Great options if you’re a ramen noodle fan, choose your noodle type, add ons and wait for your creation to be ready! A little pricey but my crew loves it for a special treat!"
"It was my first time at a Bridgeway station, staff were very helpful in explaining all of the options. A lot of open seating. I got the chicken ramen and it was very delicious, this will be my new lunch spot for the good prices"
"My two sons and I went to enjoy the College Football Playoffs at Bridgeway Station when my youngest , Darius , inquired about Hotto Noodle. We decided to stop by and check out what they had to offer. We were instantly greeted by a young man who we assume to be the manager. He kindly explained the “build your own” ramen and rice bowls they had to offer. My eldest , Tyberious, decided on a tonkotsu ramen bowl. Darius tested his luck with the steak rice bowl. I myself was rejoiced when I noticed their shrimp hibachi. Our food was ready within 15 minutes to my shock as the young man was working the station alone. We sat down and enjoyed what had to be some of the best asian cuisine we’ve tasted in quite some time. We finished our meal and thanked the young man once again. We will definitely be returning to dip into the rest of the menu !"
"The food was incredible! The ramen is especially amazing. The service is super friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to."
"Two of us enjoyed thirty dumplings for dinner. The beef dumplings were good. The vegetable dumplings were fine. The chicken dumplings tasted like canned chicken. Their dollar-a-dumpling Tuesday deal is good. Dumplings were a little undersized. Ten easily fit in a smallish container. Sauces were very good. They need a website with their hours listed."
"I enjoyed the ramen I ordered. I had the miso base with chashu pork. I went with level 1 on the heat level. It was just right for me. The one complaint I'd have was the egg, its appearance, that is. I don't know how traditional ramen eggs are made, but these here are just regular hard-boiled eggs. Not that they taste bad, just a different look. Regardless, I'll definitely be back for some more ramen! The restaurant is located in a food hall type building, so there's open seating and an outdoor area, which is very nice."
"Went to lunch with a friend. It’s a window service place inside Bridgpointe Station with several other small bars and window counters. Not a big sign so took me a minute to find. Food was really good for the most part. Lunch special is 3 dumplings and a big bowl of ramen with your choice of ingredients for 16 bucks. Not bad price for what you get."
